Meatball Sub

Everyone loves a good Sunday night dinner, with spaghetti and meatballs.  Now what happens when you have left over meatballs during the week?  Maybe you just want a meatball sandwich now…

To make these delicious meatballs, I used my turkey burger recipe.

1. Rolled the raw meat into balls and cooked them through
2. Warmed up a jar of sauce, and threw the meatballs into the pot
3. Cut open sub-sized bread and laid the meatballs inside
4. Ate, and enjoyed
