Chipotle Corn Salsa

To kick off the week before all Labor Day celebrations begin, we’ve decided to dedicate this week to the picnic food!

Do you love Chipotle’s corn salsa?  Well, thank goodness we found a recipe!  We decided to take a crack at it and (not to pat our own backs) it came out pretty freakin’ amazing.

Ingredients: (Showing our revised list)

1 bag of frozen corn
1 Green pepper
1/2 Red Onion
2 Green Jalapenos
1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Warm the corn and green peppers on on the stove and let cool. Dice the rest of the ingredients and combine them.  Add salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.
